All orders require a processing time of 2–5 business days before they are shipped. During this time, your item is being prepared and produced. Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping carriers.
For customers in the United States, estimated shipping time is 2–8 business days. For international orders, shipping typically takes 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Overall, estimated delivery time (including processing and shipping) is 5–12 business days within the United States and 2–5 weeks for international orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors outside of our control, including high order volumes, carrier delays, or customs processing for international shipments. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately before your order enters production.
